“Saks: The Collective”

Our favorite department store is now in one more location, making it more accessible to shop our favorite designers. The new Saks Fifth Avenue store, “Saks: The Collective,” houses all contemporary brands that we know and love. Dresses, denim, sunglasses, bags — you name it, they have it. (Including a gorgeous Tom Ford beauty counter!)

Definitely one of my new favorite shopping destinations, The Collective is across from the street from the main Saks store in Greenwich, CT. This location stands out from other Saks stores with its VIP styling service, on-site alterations, and at-home/office delivery services. I attended the grand opening, where I enjoyed drinks and a fun photo booth while I acclimated myself with the store.

With two floors offering brands like Public School, Alexis, DVF, and more, it’s easy to find something that you’ll love. Between the sunglass shop and the athleisure department, I found myself wanting something around every corner.

Of course, a day of shopping around required me to wear some luxurious pieces that allowed for movement and comfort. My Alice + Olivia sequin bomber is flashy, but still comfy and easy. To contrast the trendy sportswear piece, I paired it with my classic striped sweater and wide leg trousers. It’s an outfit that I can easily work in, while still looking sophisticated and photo-booth-ready. I can’t wait to see what The Collective has in store next time I visit!
