There are so many fall trends that I am loving right now – from the classic long trenchcoat to dark florals and hues of red.
TRENCHCOATS // Brown is on trend this fall, especially chocolate brown, and in a trenchcoat silhouette! Brown is also a great neutral to complement and ground any warm or bright color as you style your autumn outfits. It’s versatile and a staple that will last for years to come.
RED // Red is everywhere this season already. From jackets to shoes and accessories, this pop of color is perfect for the season. Not sure how to wear red? Start with a small commitment like red nails, a red scarf, or a red lip. What a bright way to start the season.
PREP SCHOOL LOOK // – Prep school fashion is such a timeless style. With its clean lines and tailored looks, it adds such an elegance to any outfit.
ENGLISH COUNTRYSIDE // English countryside is also on the list, adding another timeless elegant look. I love to style warm earthy tones in fabrics like tweed, wool, and cashmere. It is also a great way to incorporate vintage pieces!
WIDE LEG JEANS // – Wide leg jeans are another one of my favorite fall trends carried over from spring. They are such a classic look, and go best with crop jackets and pointy flats, heels, or platform boots. You can pair them with a blazer for a casual work look or dress them up with a fun floral.
CROPPED JACKETS // – Cropped jackets are huge for fall, and as I mentioned, they go great with wide leg jeans. And not just crop jackets but blazers, bomber jackets and trench coats. I love that they work for both casual and formal occasions.
VESTS // Vests have been trending all year long. From sweater vests to blazer vests – even the oversized blazer trend made it’s way into these styles. Vests are versatile and can be styled in so many ways. They look so cute worn alone with high waisted pants or paired with a short matching skirt.
