There is nothing more timeless or effortless than a statement coat. This “Silva” coat from A+O is the perfect addition to my summer wardrobe. Its’ sleek lines and mandarin style makes it easy to take any outfit from day to night. I paired it back with distressed denim and a basic white tee…although there is nothing “basic” about this outfit!For a semiformal look, I would throw this over a sequin mini skirt or a summer shift dress. This look is my nod to the “white” trend that is happening right now in the fashion world, without going head to toe. The accessories I chose were architectural and uncomplicated…a simple gold collar necklace, a few perforated rings, an oversized wave cuff, and for a little pattern I added my favorite bag of the season, a starburst whip snake clutch by Elizabeth Weinstock.
